Alexis Nakota Sioux Nation finance boards
Where the information comes from
The boards show figures from the Nation's own accounting books. The books stay where they are. The boards read them each time you open a page and do not keep a separate copy of the Nation's records.
Who can see what
Each person signs in with their own email and password. Access to each board is set on the Chief's authority. You only see the boards your access allows, and the server checks your access before it sends any figures.
What the boards keep
- Your sign-in email, held by the sign-in service (Google Firebase).
- A record of which boards and cards were opened, and when, so the Nation can see the boards are being used.
Nothing on the boards is sold or shared with anyone else.
Where it runs
The boards run on a private server managed by Syde Peace. The connection to the Nation's books uses a key that stays on that server and is never sent to your browser.
